Hello!!! And welcome to the Mental Metal website. At the moment, the site is just acting as a "front door" to the forum. In a couple of days time, it will become a fully functional Slipknot fan site!!

Now, as for the forum ... the forum is based on many things, this includes anything from bands, people, fans, magazines, gigs and life its self!! The forum has alot of sections, I'm sure that you will find a conversation that suits you ... or you could start your own, its up to you??

Now for the news ...

Wednesday 26 September, 2001 ...

Most of the Slipknot section has been added ... Band Bio, Band Pictures and just the general Slipknot section. The fan art section will be added as soon as I get hold of some fan art!! I've only ever done one piece, and thats not enough to add to the site ... I NEED MORE!!

About me section has now been added ... if you wanted to know about, then there is the place to go!! The same goes for the Contact section too, it's now been added to the site.

And since I'm here ... THE FORUM DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE ON IT ... I need more people - people!! Help me here, please ;) ... any help would be nice :P

Monday 24 September, 2001 ...

I've just finished on the uploading of the main page!! As you can see, there isn't much to the site at the moment, but there will be soon, very soon, I promise. Well, at least the forum is up and running, and soon (like I said) the rest of the site will be too.

I'd like to introduce you to a new band called Acid Edge ... there music is excellent!! Visit there site at http://www.acidedge.co.uk for more details.

I'd also just like to add one last thing (if that's OK with you :) ... I would to hear from anyone who visits the site that lives in Runcorn, Widnes, Liverpool or any other area in or close to Cheshire. Also, if your a fan of the Krazy House, then I'd also like to hear from you (the fact that you go the Krazy House means you live near by).
